Less than a week to London!

August 10th, 2009 av

London is the 2nd last race of the series before the big Final the 13th of September and things starts to heat up!

We have the London World Cup series race this weekend followed by Yokahama World Cup series race next weekend. After that the ranking will close and it will be up to the Final to decide and crown the World Champion.

Things are looking quite good and I’m hoping to improve my 4th place in one of the following races. I have done three races so far so can add the full points of one more race – then hope I can bump up my worst result in Japan.

The training after Hamburg has been great. Most probably the hardest block so far this summer and I’m finally start to feel fit again. There have been more fast sessions and I’ve been quite challenged with speed at times. The old days with “don’t push to hard…” and “just focus on rhythm running” is long gone…

I’m still feeling tired but as it’s only Monday that’s a good thing. I’ll leave Davos on Wednesday and with that finish the Altitude camp for 2009.

Davos has been great – but I’m quite happy moving on to more exciting locations!
