Season 2009

Due to my knee injury and the rehab process that taken longer time than what I hoped for - I've been forced to make some changes in my original training plan. Instead of making the Mooloolaba WC as my debut for 2009 I'll postpone things to the Madrid Dextro Energy ITU World Championships Series race.

It will still be a long season and with no preassure of  olympic qualification or such I'm not too concerned about the time delay. 

The only one that really suffers is that person inside me that loves to race...

...and maybe my grandpa who also really loves when I race...
